Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding FL, NY, RI) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

1. Sponsor

The "PFX Outdoors Hobie Pro Angler 12 Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by BASSCO FISHING LLC, 7323 Frederick Ave, La Vista, NE 68128 ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Hobie Cat Company, Torqeedo, Garmin, Dakota Lithium, YakAttack, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google, or any other third party.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding the states of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island), excluding U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development or administration of the Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether related or not) of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time on June 4, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on Sunday, June 21, 2026 (Father's Day) (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period:

Method 1: Online Purchase Entry

Visit pfxoutdoors.com/products/hobie-pro-angler-12-sweepstake during the Promotion Period and purchase one of the digital download packs. Each pack is a digital product that includes a set number of bonus entries into the random drawing as a thank-you, as follows:

Each pack price reflects the value of the digital products included; the bonus entries are provided at no additional charge. Bonus entries are credited upon successful completion of payment. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are not received due to technical failures, lost, late, illegible, incomplete, garbled, or misdirected transmissions.

Method 2: Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without purchase, hand-print your full name, complete street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, ZIP code, daytime phone number, valid email address, and date of birth on a 3"×5" card, place it in a #10 envelope with sufficient postage, and mail it to:

Each AMOE entry must be mailed separately in its own envelope. Limit: one (1) entry per outer envelope. AMOE entries must be postmarked by June 21, 2026 and received by Sponsor no later than June 28, 2026 to be eligible. Mechanically reproduced entries, illegible entries, and entries missing any required information are void. AMOE entries are not transferable. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, postage-due, illegible, or incomplete mail. Each valid AMOE entry counts as one (1) entry into the drawing.

5. Entry Limits

There is no limit on the number of purchase entries an eligible individual may make during the Promotion Period. AMOE entries are limited to one (1) entry per outer envelope, with no limit on the number of envelopes per individual. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

6. Drawing

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative on or about Tuesday, June 30, 2026 (this delay allows time for free mail-in (AMOE) entries to be received). The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding.

7. Winner Notification and Acceptance

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information associated with the entry. The potential winner must respond to the notification and provide any requested information (including, where lawful, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release) within seven (7) calendar days of the first notification attempt. If the potential winner cannot be reached after reasonable effort within seven (7) days, fails to respond, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and, time permitting, an alternate winner will be selected from among the remaining eligible entries. Up to three (3) alternate drawings may be conducted, after which the prize will go unawarded.

8. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize consisting of:

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $8,500 USD. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or any portion thereof) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Prize is awarded "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, beyond any manufacturer warranties that may apply.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is included to one (1) address located within the contiguous forty-eight (48) United States, as designated by the winner. If the winner resides in Alaska, Hawaii, or any other location requiring freight beyond the contiguous 48 states, the winner is responsible for arranging and paying any freight differential, customs, duties, or related costs. Delivery method (parcel, freight, or pickup) will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion based on the prize and the winner's location. Estimated delivery is within sixty (60) days of winner verification, but is not guaranteed and depends on manufacturer and carrier availability.

10. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes (including income taxes), and any other costs or expenses associated with the acceptance or use of the prize not specifically listed as part of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 (or its equivalent) prior to receiving the prize. Sponsor will issue the winner an IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting the ARV of the prize, in compliance with applicable IRS reporting requirements.

11. General Conditions; Release

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes (in whole or in part) if any fraud, technical failure, human error, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right (but is not required) to award the prize from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Hobie Cat Company, Torqeedo, Garmin, Dakota Lithium, YakAttack, Meta Platforms Inc., Google LLC, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to the entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of any prize or these Official Rules.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize the winner grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use the winner's name, voice, likeness, biographical information, photograph, hometown, statements, and entry materials for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, attribution, or compensation.

13. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at pfxoutdoors.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, you consent to Sponsor's collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.

14. Disputes; Governing Law

Except where prohibited, by entering, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), excluding attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nebraska, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. The forum and venue for any dispute arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes shall be the state and federal courts located in Sarpy County, Nebraska, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Winner's List

For the name of the winner, available after July 15, 2026, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: PFX Outdoors Hobie Pro Angler 12 Sweepstakes Winner's List, BASSCO FISHING LLC, 7323 Frederick Ave, La Vista, NE 68128. Winner's list requests must be received no later than September 30, 2026.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
